- Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
- Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or bonus fraud.

- Upon your own request: If you wish to close your account, please contact the support team. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before closure.
- For Rule Violations: Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions may result in account closure.
- Inactive Accounts: An account will be considered inactive if there has been no activity for 12 months or more.
- For Investigation Purposes: Accounts may be temporarily suspended during investigations into fraud or suspicious activity.
Jetween Bangladesh accepts no responsibility for the following.
- Bets lost or left incomplete due to internet disconnection.
- Transactions that fail due to issues with your own device or network.
- Failures or delays caused by third-party payment gateways.
- Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
